You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not misuse, copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans for premium features.
- Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region
- Payments are processed by Apple via the App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple ID settings
- No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription, except as required by
law or Apple’s policies
3. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered:
- It will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends
- Only one free trial is allowed per Apple ID, where applicable
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including text, graphics, logos, and
code, are the exclusive property of Syntof and are protected by intellectual property laws.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not
guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntof shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without
regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon
posting the updated Terms.
